Print Chelsea’s Shortbread


1/2 cup Sugar
1 cup butter-1 bar of Plugra
1 teaspoon Vanilla-Nielsen-Massey Vanillas
2 cups sifted flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Mix sugar and butter then add remaining ingredients and mix well. (Chelsea likes to use her hands!)  Bake in a 9 x 12 glass pan for 20-25 minutes at 375 degrees. Dust with superfine sugar while cooling.  Cut into squares and serve.  You can add nuts, or chocolate chips, but it’s best plain.
